I went to the eye doctor today and they put nasty shit in my eyes that makes them all big and makes me look like an alien and stuff....
and this conversation took place between me and the nurse, Rich!
Rich: (looking over my papers) That's an interesting way to spell your name.
(long pause)
Kj: thanks. [the long pause is caused by me seriously pondering whether or not to say, "oh really? do you have another way of spelling my name? Do you spell my name the normal way?"]
Rich: What is that, German?
Kj: no....Norwegian.
Rich: (carefree laugh) ...Northern Europe......

then with my dialated pupils i read Elle Girl! (The music issue!) and they had the 50 hottest rocker guys, and Rufus Wainwright was like, #46 or something, and i was like, "awesome!" and the little blurb thing was like, "Even though he 'plays for the other team'...." and it was way funny!
anddddd i think now i have to go keep studying art history and making my incredible-but-not-yet-understood-as-genius-in-my-lifetime Alliance signs. cause you know i'm tres/sec. word.
