the play...by Marivaux...The Triumph of Love. was good. it was very long. but it was about love and heartbreak and all that follows. the thing I love about Shakespeare and parallel french plays is just how easily people fall into undying love with each other. it's laughable the way they see eachother and exchange a few words and then they tell each other they can never ever be apart. it's just wonderful. it just makes me all hot 'n bothered. hooray.
