I have a large wad of half cooked crepe dough. I don't know what it was... but something went horribly horribly wrong when i was making them. I think it was the batter. Three cups of milk seemed like a lot. sigh!
Making crepes is a good time for self reflection. and for getting sick by eating the dough which contains raw eggs. When you flip them over, they kind of whistle and squeal. it's really neat. it's like snap crackle pop, only french. yay for french things!
