sheesh. My mom is in really bad condition. she can't sit, she can just lie and stand/walk in complete pain and agony because of her back. It's horrible. She had back problems a long time ago but it's really bad. she just left (my dad took her) to the hospital. I feel horrible. It's like she's the little kid that needs to be taken care of or somthing. I'm horrible in situations like these. yeesh.

on a lighter note, i went through the Mc Donald's drive-in this evening. I've always been afraid of that, but it was cool. I pulled up to "the first window" and the girl starts talking to me about how she wants to start charging people extra for saying "um..." her example:
"I'd like a hamburger....and um.....uh...."
"......"
"and....uh....."
"is that all?"
"no. uh......"
"ARE YOU DONE YET???"
it was cool. so I pulled up to the next window to get my "cappucino", the poster child of the most instant coffee possible but a tasty source of caffeine.
I like how at McDonald's they have a sign for which checks to refuse with people's names on it. you can read it.
